Zucchini Mama's Awesome Kale Smoothie



1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 banana
1 hand full kale
green cardamom seeds(optional)

Put the ingredients in a blender and whizz to the consistency you like. I like to leave bits of kale to make the smoothie more "chewy."
